What are your hours?
Hours are by appointment only between the hours of Sunday - Monday 7AM - 8, Tuesday 2PM - 8PM, and Wednesday 7AM - 8PM, Thursday 7AM - 8PM, Friday 2PM - 8PM, Saturday 7AM - 10PM. Closed on major holidays. After hours appointments are available, contact us for more information. I am a traveling notary and do not have office appointments.

Lateness, Cancellation and No Show Policies:
- We understand that sometimes things happen and plans need to change. If you are running late or need to cancel your appointment, please let us know ASAP.
- Clients will be charged a $10 fee if they are more than 15 minutes late, $25 if they are more than 30 minutes late, and $35 if they are more than 45 minutes late.
- We cannot guarantee that we will be able to keep your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late.
- Clients will be charged a $25 fee if they cancel with less than 1 hour notice and do not rebook their appointment.
- It is the client's responsibility to ensure they have the correct documents and understand what the documents require. If a client does not bring the correct documents or misunderstands the requirements, they will still be charged the full fee.
- Clients who do not show up to their appointment and do not provide notice of cancellation will be charged $50
how far do you travel for notarial acts?
We will travel up to 65 miles from the 18014 or 18052 zip code within the Commonwealth of PA. Please note there is a travel/millage fee, parking or toll fee if incurred, for traveling (round trip). I serve the counties of Northampton, Lehigh, Carbon, Monroe and portions of Berks, Bucks, Luzurne & Pike Counties.

What do i need for a notarization?
The Revised Uniform Law on Notarial Acts has implemented new mandates regarding government identification used to properly identify customers.
NOTE: The notary reserves the right to refuse service at their discretion except in cases otherwise prohibited by law, such as discrimination.
Personal Knowledge – There is personal knowledge of the identity of a customer if the individual is personally known to the notary through dealings sufficient to provide reasonable certainty that the individual is who he or she claims to be.
Credible Witness – The credible witness must be personally known to the notary and must personally know the customer. Both the customer and credible witness must appear in person before the notary. If the credible witness is used for the proper identification of a customer, the credible witness is required to complete a verification on oath or affirmation.
Satisfactory Evidence – A notary has satisfactory evidence of the identity of an individual appearing before him or her if the notary can identify the individual using the following means:

- Inmate identification card issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections for an inmate who is currently in the custody of the Department
- Identification card issued by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security
- Social Security card
- Medicare card
- Pennsylvania state and state-related university identification card
Where do I get a PENNSYLVANIA id?
GET A PHOTO ID
An identification card is issued to any Pennsylvania resident who is at least 10 years of age. This is not a driving product.
PROCESS
STEP 1:You may mail the appropriate form following the instructions listed on the form to PennDOT, or visit your local Driver License Center and take along the following:

When your application and supporting documentation have been reviewed and processed, a Driver License Center staff member will direct you to the Photo Center to have your photo taken for your Photo ID card.
STEP 3:
Once your photo has been taken, you will be issued your Photo ID card. PennDOT uses state-of-the-art facial recognition technology when an individual has their photo taken for their driver’s license/identification card.
GETTING A PHOTO ID CARD IF YOU ALREADY POSSESS A DRIVER’S LICENSE
STEP 1:Complete Form DL-54A (PDF), “Application for Initial Photo Identification Card." You mail the appropriate form following the instructions listed on the form to PennDOT, or visit your local Driver License Center with your driver’s license or another Acceptable Proof of Identification.
STEP 2:
Submit the application and supporting documentation along with a check or money order payable to PennDOT for the appropriate fee (cash is not accepted).
STEP 3:
When your application and supporting documentation have been reviewed and processed, a Driver License Center staff member will direct you to the Photo Center to have your photo taken for your Photo ID card or, if your photo image is already on file, a Photo ID card may be issued without requiring you to have a new photo taken.

Do i need a witness?
It is the customers responsibility to provide all witness's needed for notarization. It is the customers responsibility to determine if your document needs a witness. Some documents require more than 1 witness. Be sure to examine/read your document before contacting us for a quote. If you need me to provide a witness it will cost $25 per person every 30 minutes. Plus any milage that they would incur. Please have all witness's present with their current and valid photo id ready at the time of notarization.

Use of Translators
A notary must be able to communicate directly with a customer in a language they both understand, or indirectly through a translator who is physically present with the customer and notary at the time of the notarization. The translator communicates directly with the individual and the notary in a language the translator understands. The notary certificate must be worded and completed using only a language that is read, written and understood by the notary. The notary may perform a notary act on a document that is a translation of a document which is in a language the notary does not understand only if the translation is accurate and complete.
