Late Policy

Lateness, Cancellation and No Show Policies:

We understand that sometimes things happen and plans need to change. If you are running late or need to cancelyour appointment, please let us know ASAP.
Clients will be charged a $10 fee if they are more than 15 minutes late, $25 if they are more than 30 minutes late, and $35 if they are more than 45 minutes late.
We cannot guarantee that we will be able to keep your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late.
Clients will be charged a $25 fee if they cancel with less than 1 hour notice and do not re-book their appointment.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure they have the correct documents and understand what the documents require. If a client does not bring the correct documents or misunderstands the requirements, they will still be charged the full fee.
Clients who do not show up to their appointment and do not provide notice of cancellation will be charged $50
